Electrical Construction Manager | Substations

Ventia’s energy networks and renewables team will support the delivery of grid connection assets from the generation facility to Queensland’s electricity grid.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals to support the delivery of renewable energy projects nationwide, including greenfield and brownfield works on substations and related infrastructure.

The Opportunity

As the Construction Manager you will provide clear leadership to project, engineering and commercial teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget whilst maintaining health, safety and quality to a high standard.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Site management of construction team including the responsibility for all tendering, development, construction, financial, safety and quality issues involved in these works
- Participate in the Contract Partnering Arrangement, that jointly addresses the client and company requirements

About You

- Must be a qualifiedElectrical Fitter Mechanicwith Queensland Electrical Work Licence
- 2+ years’ experience working in Operations within construction or expansion of substation projects
- Extensive experience in the planning, set-up, and execution of works.




- Current Driver’s Licence
