We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a busy restaurant and bar venue in Sydney. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, leads from the front and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, develop and inspire your team and drive strong operational outcomes while maintaining high standards of service.

Successful applicants must have full availability to work on a rotating roster across 7 days.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the overall performance and day-to-day running of a busy food and beverage operation.

Inspire your team to consistently create outstanding guest experiences.

Build capability within the team through coaching, mentoring and ongoing development.

Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation to optimise productivity.

Analyse business results, identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

Maintain high standards across food quality, service delivery, safety and regulatory compliance.

Create a workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork and respect.

Partner with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient venue operations.

About You

Previous experience leading a high-volume hospitality venue.

Strong restaurant and beverage service background, with hands-on operational expertise.

Confidence leading, coaching and influencing diverse teams.

Commercial acumen with experience managing costs,



productivity and business performance.

Sound understanding of food, beverage and liquor service requirements.

Ability to make decisions, solve problems and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

A proactive and visible leadership style, leading by example on the floor.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Full Australian working rights or an appropriate visa permitting employment.
