Club Helensvale is seeking an experienced Manager to work in our busy club Bistro area. This is a fulltime opportunity, so the candidate will need FULL availability to work a rotating roster, which includes mornings, nights and weekends.

Position Overview

An significant role for our business. The position will be responsible for guiding and mentoring team members, problem solving issues that arise and leading the F&B; team to provide exceptional customer service. It is also a role that will play a part in implementing policy and procedures.

The Bistro Manager will be the first contact for any customer constructive feedback and provide a suitable outcome.

The main focus for this position is to provide guidance and direction to staff, so the Bistro is operating efficiently, and time is being utilised appropriately.

What you will need

- Statement Of Attainment - Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)




- Food Handling/Safety Certificate (or prepared to obtain one)
- Sound understanding of Bistro/Restaurant service operations
- Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years.
- Professional appearance, and vibrant personality
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, rotating over seven days
- Experience with restaurant reservation systems
