We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brisbane Support Office and help shape the next phase of our journey.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager - Brand & Marketing, you will lead the operational planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the Tasman Holiday Parks brand, increase customer engagement and deliver commercial growth.

Working closely with the Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager, Partnerships Manager, Park Operations teams and external creative partners, you will ensure every customer touchpoint reflects our brand while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Leading a team comprising a Content & Experience Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator, you will coach, inspire and develop your people while driving marketing excellence across the business.

What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with the General Manager and marketing team members, you will bring the Tasman Holiday Parks brand to life through strategic campaigns, customer-led initiatives and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, content and brand channels.
- Lead Local Area Marketing initiatives across the park network.
- Drive CRM strategy through personalised customer journeys, email marketing and automation.




- Champion the in-park brand experience and guest engagement initiatives
- Manage influencer partnerships and content strategies.
- Partner with Digital, Revenue, Partnerships and Operations teams.
- Manage marketing projects, budgets, agency relationships and campaign performance.
- Use customer insights and analytics to optimise marketing performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

About You

You are a commercially minded marketing leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with;

- 5+ years' experience in marketing, brand and/or campaign leadership.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a small team of direct reports.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to closely analyse data, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Teams; Power BI experience is advantageous.
