The Broker Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for delivering excellent personalised service to all our Broker members by providing general advice based on individual needs through following our Enrich framework.

The primary focus of this role will be providing end to end experience from initial enquiry received via Broker support all the way through to fulfilment of making P&N; their main banking provider and retaining their lending business.

As the first point of contact for our newest Broker introduced members you will be integral in supporting our "We have customers at our Core” strategy and will have the opportunity to really make a difference.

This is a permanent, full time role that can be based in the Perth, Brisbane or Coffs Harbour Corporate office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of our Broker Onboarding Channel in Salesforce managing Service Level agreements to deliver exceptional experiences for your member.
- Assisting in the development of long term mutually rewarding relationships between P&N; Bank, our Brokers, and our members.
- Assisting with members' overall financial needs through over the phone or virtual customer service.
- Ensuring a smooth process from application to funding for consumer lending applications and driving strong member advocacy through ensuring their assets are protected.
- Identifying opportunities to promote our range of financial products and services with highlighting our digital platforms of usage.
- Working with both our Virtual lending and Broker support team to ensure our Broker customers are engaged and using P&N; bank as their main banking provider.
- Supporting the retention team with home loan maintenance when required

What sets you up for success

Along with excellent communication and customer engagement skills you will ideally possess:

- Previous customer service experience in the banking industry with personal lending experience (not essential)
- Experience delivering sales and service outcomes over the phone in a busy and focused environment is highly desirable.
- Ensure transactional requirements are processed in an effective and timely manner with regard for quality of outcome.




- A proven track record within a highly motivated customer service team with enhancing member value being your driver for all conversations.
- Proven experience with working with teams or internal and external stakeholders and achieving goals
- Strong numerical reasoning
- Excellent communication skills
- High level attention to detail and demonstrated risk awareness
- Exceptional Comprehension skills
- Computer skills – Microsoft packages and CRM systems, including Salesforce (desirable)
- A high degree of enthusiasm and drive

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate that you have the capability to succeed at this level or above. Completed training in Personal Lending is desirable though not essential.
