About the Role
As a Driveway Attendant, you'll be the face of Hang 5 Carwash. You'll welcome customers, help them choose the right wash package, safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
No two days are the same. You'll play an important role in keeping the site operating safely, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Recommend wash packages and Wash Club memberships.
- Prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel.
- Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor.
- Identify vehicles that are unsuitable for the wash and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented driveway, vacuum area and customer facilities.
- Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, honest and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to remain on your feet throughout your shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work a adaptable roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive or the car wash industry is highly regarded, however full training is provided.
