St Anthony's Family Care (SAFC) located at Croydon (NSW) is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services with a specific focus on children and young people with disabilities. We are currently seeking a part-time Disability Services Coordinator. The successful person would work 24 hours a week, to be worked across Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Additional hours up to full time may be worked as delivering Direct Support in the programs, as available.

Primary responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day to day running of SAFC Disability Services
- Coordinate rostering and approving timesheets for payroll
- Reviewing participant funding allocations and fulfilling billing for services delivered
- Supporting with Behaviour Support plan reviews, training, and support
- Conducting compliance audits to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements
- Participant intake and onboarding
- Participant and family liaison and support
- Staff recruitment, development, and support
- Networking and business development
- On call as required
Required skills and experience:
- Relevant qualifications in community services or related field
- Proven ability to supervise and lead staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed IT skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
