Kantara Farming is a progressive family farm on the Darling Downs — 1,200 ha of irrigated and dryland country growing cotton, corn silage and barley silage. We supply most of our corn silage to two of the country's top long-feed Wagyu feedlots. We're family-run and hands-on: everyone mucks in, and we look after our people.
We're looking for our next Cropping Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day of our cropping — planning, spraying, planting, irrigation and harvest — and co-ordinate the operation to a high standard. This is a hands-on role: you'll be alongside the team on the tools and machinery. If you can plan a productive day, lead by example and take pride in doing a job properly, we'd like to hear from you.
