If you are passionate about fine wine, The Reserve Cellar is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Bottle shop Attendants to join our new store in Graceville! Whether you're a seasoned hospitality professional or simply have a keen interest in wine and want to learn more, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting premium wines, spirits, and beers




- Maintain stock levels, displays, and store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Unpack deliveries and replenish shelves
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and contribute to a high-end retail experience
- Support the Team with general store duties as required

About You:

- Previous retail or hospitality experience (bottle shop or wine knowledge is a strong advantage)
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused
- Excellent personal presentation
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- RSA Certificate and eligibility to work in Australia(required)
- Drivers License
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
