About the Role

As a Construction Foreman, you'll play a key role in leading on-site operations from start to finish. You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard, while maintaining solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, mentor and motivate site crews to deliver quality outcomes.

Coordinate daily site operations and allocate resources effectively.

Read, interpret and implement construction plans, drawings and specifications.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope and to specification.

Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with all WHS, environmental and quality requirements.

Identify and resolve site issues efficiently and proactively.

Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and project managers.

Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For





You are an experienced Foreman who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects.

Proven experience as a Landscape or Civil Construction Foreman.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Landscape Construction

Current White Card

Current Driver's Licence
