Case Manager DFSV (SHLV Program) | Nowra | Full Time | Grade 4, $92,279.20 per year

Operating throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven, SASSI provides safety through housing and support to women and their children who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or impacted by domestic violence. SASSI also runs the Shoalhaven Homeless Hub, which provides a drop-in service for anyone in the Shoalhaven region experiencing homelessness.

We are currently seeking a Case Manager DFSV to join our Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) program in Nowra.

You will provide intensive, integrated case management and direct support to women and children affected by domestic and family violence, supporting them to remain safely in their home, or a home of their choosing, while the person using violence is excluded. You will deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused services that empower clients to build safety, stability and independence, working closely with NSW Police, WDVCAS and other partner agencies.

This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week, with participation in an on-call roster as required.
