Kent Shelford Auto Group is a growing, family-owned automotive business looking for a reliable and motivated Workshop & Vehicle Preparation Assistant to join our team 3 days per week.
The Role
This position is primarily focused on preparing our vehicles for sale and maintaining a clean, professional dealership. Duties include:
- Vehicle detailing and presentation
- Minor vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Fitting accessories and carrying out small workshop tasks
- General yard maintenance and housekeeping
- Keeping the workshop and yard clean, organised and presentable
- Assisting with other duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical experience or a strong automotive background
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Current driver's licence preferred
A formal trade qualification is not essential; however, practical mechanical experience is highly regarded.
