About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our client within the precast concrete manufacturing industry based in Brisbane.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position directly with our client within a busy and fast-paced yard environment. Working alongside an experienced production team, you will play a key role in the construction and assembly of formwork used in precast concrete production.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you may be required to:
- Construct and assemble formwork for precast concrete products
- Read and interpret drawings and measurements
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Carry out repairs and modifications to existing formwork
- Work closely with production and yard teams to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Formwork Carpenter
- Experience within precast or construction environments (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
Requirements
- Current White Card
- Current Driver Licence
- Previous formwork carpentry experience
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Full Australian working rights
