Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators to join our team on projects throughout the Townsville region.

About the Role
Working as part of an experienced civil construction team, you will be responsible for:
- Operating graders to final trim tolerances on civil construction projects.
- Reading and interpreting plans and levels.
- Producing high-quality finished surfaces for roads, subdivisions and other civil works.
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of plant.
- Working safely and efficiently within a team workplace.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current RII Grader competency.
- Demonstrated experience operating graders to final trim standard.
- Experience working on road, subdivision or large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to work accurately to design levels and specifications.
- Construction White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment, and drug & alcohol screening.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
- Additional RII competencies for other civil plant and machinery - highly regarded
