Multicultural Care is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide in-home assessments and therapy, helping frail-aged individuals and clients with disabilities maintain mobility and independence.
Based in Sydney’s Inner West, South East and South West regions, you will work across Home Care Packages, CHSP, and Short-Term Restorative Care, reporting to the Team Leader and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
