As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and inclusion. You'll provide personalised support tailored to each individual, while following support plans to ensure safety, well-being, and consistency of care.

Key Duties

- Supporting participants with community access, personal care, and domestic assistance

- Encouraging skill-building and independence through everyday activities

- Providing companionship and meaningful engagement

- Following individual Support Plans, Behaviour Support Plans, and risk strategies

- Accurately completing required documentation and reporting

- Working collaboratively with families,



allied health professionals, and the Seimosei team

Who We're Looking For

You don't need experience to join our team - we provide the guidance you'll need. This role is an excellent prospect for students in nursing, psychology, Occupational Therapy, social work, or allied health who want hands-on experience in the disability sector.
