The opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment across the business - from courier drivers, warehouse, and operations roles through to corporate, customer service, and professional positions. You'll manage the full hiring process from job briefing through to offer, working closely with hiring managers across a mixed blue and white collar portfolio, while helping to shape a positive candidate experience along the way.

What you'll be doing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio, including courier drivers, warehouse and operations roles, and corporate, customer service, and professional positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs across the business
- Write and post job ads, screen applications, and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers across the business to understand role requirements and provide market insight
- Use structured interview techniques and assessment tools to support fair,



consistent hiring decisions
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in the ATSSupport employer branding activity, including job ads, careers page content, and social media posts
- Look for ways to improve recruitment processes and share ideas with the wider HR team

What you'll bring

- 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally covering a mix of role types in a fast-paced setting
- Confidence managing multiple open roles at once, across different volumes and hiring needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt your approach across different stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of SEEK and other job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing channels
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in improving how recruitment gets done
