About the Role
In this role, the Maintenance Crew Lead will deliver hands-on horticultural maintenance across high-end Brisbane properties, upholding our standard of excellence on every visit.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- pruning, hedging, planting and keeping everything immaculate
- building/maintaining genuine relationships with clients
- communicating & presenting professionally at all times
- using digital job management tools to stay organised.

What We're Looking For
- Full Australian working rights essential (role is Brisbane-based)
- Horticulture qualifications or min. 2 years equivalent experience
- Excellent plant knowledge & attention to detail
- Tech-confidence with apps, digital tools or eager to learn
- Physical fitness for outdoor work + strong communication skills
- Softscaping/landscape construction experience an advantage
- Pest, fertilisation, irrigation or machinery experience an advantage.
