Muscle Mat is one of Australia's fastest growing home comfort brands. We design and sell premium foam products direct to consumer, including the Relax Mat, Relax Chair, Crash Pad, Mattress Toppers, sheets and duvets. We sell across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, we're bootstrapped and founder led and we are growing 40% year on year with a small team.
We're about to move into a brand recent office in Bulimba and we're now hiring the people who will take the business to the next level.
The Job
We're hiring a designer to own the creative work our sales depend on: email design, landing pages, and paid ad creative.
You will be working closely with our media buyer and content team.
What you'll actually do
Design and build our emails in Klaviyo - campaigns and flow templates, working from copy briefs
Design and build landing pages and offer pages on Shopify from briefs
Create ad statics and simple video variations for Meta, working with our media buyer
Turn raw content from our in house content team into polished performance assets
Build the full promo kit for every campaign. EOFY, Black Friday etc. Emails, landers, ads, site banners, popups
Handle product and listing imagery, including Amazon A+ content
You
Previous experience designing for ecommerce or performance marketing with a portfolio of work
Figma and Photoshop or similar experience. You've built emails in Klaviyo (or similar) and pages in Shopify or a page builder
You know how to use AI landing page builders like lovable
You can take a rough brief and come back with ideas
Bonus points: basic video editing for ad cutdowns

Full time, based in Brisbane. Hybrid, a few days a week at our Bulimba office with the team & the option to work some days from home
$70,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience
Reports to our Head of Ecommerce
