The Yard Hand role at Lindores Construction Logistics is an entry-level to intermediate position that focuses on yard operations, equipment handling, and supporting the crane hire business.

Main Duties

- Wash, detail and prepare tower crane equipment for hire
- Load and unload trucks
- Move equipment around the yard
- Operate forklifts (training can be provided)
- Assist workshop technicians and riggers
- Collect and deliver parts and equipment
- Maintain yard cleanliness, organization and safety
- Stock control and general yard duties
- Manual handling and physical labour




- Work outdoors in an industrial environment
- Current Australian C Class Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Advantageous Although Not Essential

- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous yard or industrial experience
