The Opportunity

Kirin Health Science International (KHSI) is embarking on an ambitious transformation journey to bring together the combined strengths of Kirin, FANCL, Blackmores and future brands to create science-led, consumer-centric preventative health solutions. With plans to grow from $800 million to $5 billion by 2035, KHSI is redefining how it operates to support long‑term global growth.
The Program Coordinator provides high-quality operational support to enable effective program delivery. It is a hands‑on, administrative support role, focusing on program coordination, document ownership, meeting coordination and stakeholder engagement, travel and logistics.
This role will suit a highly organised, hands‑on individual who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can confidently engage stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
This is a 12 month contract based in Surry Hills, NSW.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring governance frameworks, tools and standards are consistently applied.
- Manage program meetings and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, documentation and action tracking.
- Maintain and govern SharePoint and document repositories, ensuring accurate version control and easy access to program materials.
- Prepare presentations, governance packs, leadership updates and program communications.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, contractors and delivery partners.
- Manage travel, accommodation and logistics for project teams, workshops and program events.
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst or Project Support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and project collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting complex transformation or enterprise‑wide programs is highly regarded.
- Understanding of program governance, reporting and PMO frameworks.
What You'll Bring
