In this role, you will:

- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment

- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness

- Support clients toidentifyfuture employment or training options

- Perform assessments in your area of clinicalexpertiseincluding ergonomic assessments, initial needs assessments and otherscheme basedassessments.

- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan,coordinateand monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal

- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You’llalso need to have:

- Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA isrequired. Registered Nurses must hold accreditation with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field

- A current Working with Children Check

- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
