You'll coordinate digital content workflows, analyse audience engagement metrics, and continuously improve content performance to support client campaigns and brand growth. This role includes on-camera presence and occasional User-Generated Content (UGC) creation for select clients.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES● Create and produce digital marketing content, including videos, images, graphics,



articles, captions and other branded digital assets.● Plan, schedule and publish marketing content across social media platforms, websites and digital channels.● Create engaging social media content tailored to different audiences, industries and brand identities.● Edit and optimise video content, including short-form videos, reels and promotional materials with understanding of what drives virality.● Analyse social media insights, website analytics and content performance data to measure audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.● Prepare content performance reports and provide recommendations to improve future content strategies.● Recommend improvements to digital content, website materials and keywords to enhance search engine visibility and online engagement.● Research current social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats to develop innovative content ideas.● Collaborate with clients, designers, photographers, videographers and marketing teams to produce effective digital content.● Ensure all content aligns with client branding, campaign objectives and digital platform requirements.● Create User-Generated Content (UGC)



for select clients where required.● Support the production of content for The Miki Farmer Studios' own digital platforms, promotional activities and brand initiatives.SKILLS REQUIRED● Minimum 2 years' experience in digital content creation, social media, marketing or a related field.● Must be able understand and speak Punjabi and English fluently.● Demonstrated track record of creating high-performing, viral content (portfolio or proof of work required).● Experienced in content distribution at scale and managing high-volume content production.● Strong understanding of what drives engagement and virality on social media platforms.● Business management skills crucial – ability to work independently and manage multiple client campaigns.● Solid understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and websites.● Proficiency in Canva and digital content creation tools.● Experience in video editing and multimedia content production.● Strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement and digital trends.● Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content ideas.● Confidence appearing on camera and producing video content when required.QUALIFICATIONS● Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.● Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.● Proven relevant experience in digital content production and social media marketing will be strongly considered.
