We are now seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Estate Administration Lawyer to lead and grow our thriving wills and estates practice.

The Opportunity
You'll have the autonomy to manage a sophisticated and rewarding practice while being supported by an experienced, collaborative team and modern legal systems.
Your work will include:
- Advising clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies.
- Drafting Wills, Testamentary Trust Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian.
- Complex asset protection and succession planning advice.
- Superannuation and estate planning strategies.
- Managing estate administration matters from initial instructions through to final distribution.
- Obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
- Advising executors, administrators and beneficiaries throughout the administration process.
- Preparing estate accounts and managing distributions.
- Advising on family provision claims and estate disputes (experience in litigation is advantageous but not essential).
- Working collaboratively with our Family Law and Conveyancing teams to provide seamless legal solutions for our clients.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional legal advice.
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 4 years' post-admission experience practising in wills and estates (although outstanding candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong technical knowledge across estate planning and estate administration.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- The ability to manage matters independently while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to growing a successful practice.
- A client-focused approach and genuine empathy when working with families during significant life events.
