Level 5 (+ Penalties) Security Control Operators - Full Time
Secom Australia is currently seeking motivated, professional, and agile individuals to join our team as full time Level 5 (+ Penalties) Security Control Operators. These roles will be Monday to Friday on eight hour rotating shift patterns of 0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200 / 2200 - 0600.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV systems and alarms to ensure constant surveillance and early detection of any security risks.
Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating issues as required.
Collaborate with emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents.
Regularly test and maintain security systems to ensure they are fully operational.
Provide clear and concise communication.
You Will Be Able to Demonstrate
Conduct – Consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanour.
Presentation – Uphold a clean, neat, and well-groomed corporate appearance at all times.
Performance – Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills,
effectively identify and respond to security incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted Rights to Work in Australia (Essential).
Current NSW Class 1E Monitoring Center Operator Licence (Essential).
Cert II in Security Operations (Essential).
Current First Aid Certification (Required).
Eligibility to hold security clearances (Essential).
Minimum of two years experience working in a security control room (Required).
Strong computer skills with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience using Gallagher and other access control systems preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Two references required.
