We're seeking an experienced Certificate 3, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team at Nurtured Education and Care located in Gladesville, NSW. As an educator, you will be responsible for supporting your Team Leader in delivering excellence in early childhood to children between ages of 0-6 years. This is a full-time role with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.

What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children
- Plan and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Mentor and support a team of educators, fostering their professional growth and development
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, promoting open communication and collaborative partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the centre management team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children
What we’re looking for
- Certificate 3, Diploma in Early Childhoodor Bachelor of Early Childhood
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Educator in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Solid organisational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing a team effectively
- Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- Commitment to upholding high standards of care and service delivery
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management certificates
- Working with Children Check
