We are looking for a calm, organised and decisive Scheduler to become the hub of our operations. This is a key role within our business where you will coordinate our field teams, communicate with clients and ensure the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time. No two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised and adapt to changing priorities will be critical to our success.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has experience working in the construction industry.
Is looking to transition from the tools into an office-based role.
Has scheduling, operations, site supervision or leading hand experience.
Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems.
What you'll be doing
Answer client enquiries and coordinate incoming work.
Schedule and dispatch daily work for a team of approximately 14 field staff.
Allocate crews, vehicles and equipment to maximise efficiency.
Liaise with clients, builders, supervisors and project managers.
Monitor jobs throughout the day and adjust schedules as priorities change.
Finalise daily job paperwork and job dockets.
Work closely with management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
About You
Construction industry experience is essential.
We are looking for someone who understands how construction projects operate and can confidently communicate with builders, supervisors and field crews. Whether you have worked on the tools, in scheduling, dispatch, site administration or operations, you will understand the importance of keeping jobs moving while adapting to changing priorities.
