About the Role

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Construction Supervisor to join our dedicated team, servicing projects across the North and West Sydney regions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Project Management: Effective management of builds to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Scheduling and Workflow Management: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure efficient sequencing of trades and timely delivery of materials.
- Quality Assurance and Inspections:



Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and client expectations.
- Issue Resolution and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, including delays, material shortages, or trade conflicts, to keep projects on track.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, variations, and incidents for both internal and client reporting purposes.
- Budget Monitoring and Cost Control: Track project expenses and manage variations to ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality.
- Strong Communication: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and successful outcomes.
- WHS Compliance: Ensure all personnel on site comply with relevant WHS standards.

To Succeed in This Role, You Must Possess

- Previous experience in construction site supervision.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Dispute resolution skills.
- Effective communication with a robust focus on customer service.
