About the role

Reporting to the Senior Planning Development Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Distribution team basedinKurnellTerminal.

This roleprovides integrated project support across planning and development activities, ensuring effective governance,



financialoversightand administrative coordination. The roleis responsible formaintainingproject controls throughschedule management,cost tracking, forecasting, procurement and contract administration, document management, reporting andcommunications support.

This isa great opportunityto work with one of our largest capitalprojectand working across a range of technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive project coordination and administrative support across planning and development initiatives, ensuring effective delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Monitor projectcosts,schedules and budgets,maintainingaccuratefinancial records, forecasts and reports to support governance and leadership decision-making.

Coordinate procurement and contract administration activities, including vendor onboarding, purchase ordermanagementand commitment tracking.

Manage project documentation and regulatory records, ensuring information isaccurate, current and supports approvals,complianceand audit requirements.

Prepare project correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other documentation to support stakeholder communication and project governance.

Support work scheduling, departmental administration and other engineering projects asrequired,maintainingbest-practice use of systems,processesand Microsoft Office applications.

Qualification & Experience

Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, project support or PMO role within property,



infrastructure,constructionor a similar project-based environment.

Strong financial and administrative skills, including project cost and schedule tracking, forecasting,reportingand commercial controls.

Experience supporting procurement and contract administration processes, including vendor onboarding, purchase ordermanagementand commitment tracking.

High attention to detail with the ability tomaintainaccurateproject schedules, financialrecordsand technical and regulatory documentation; experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Project is desirable.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and manage competing priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and support project communications, informationmanagementand schedule coordination.
