About the Role

We are looking for Retail Sales superstars who can energise our kiosk, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service at our kiosk located in Westfield Liverpool.

Your daily duties include but are not limited to:





- Achieving sales KPI’s in a rapid-paced environment
- Actively engage customers passing by the kiosk and handing out perfume samples
- Driving brand awareness and sales growth with continuous sample handouts
- Guide customers on their personal ‘scent journey’ with product knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service, every time
- Exceed personal sales targets while working within a team
- Prepare and manage product stock counts and orders

About You

We are after individuals who are motivated, energetic, and confident, and who thrive in a results-driven environment. You will bring:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated and a 'can-do' attitude
- Confident to approach customers and quickly build rapport
- Passion for fragrances and scents
- Well presented, with a good understanding of fashion trends and styling

Minimum 2-3 years sales experience
