A casual position (Mondays & Fridays) has become available for a Practice Nurse located in Victoria Point. We offer a supportive team-based environment in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality, individualised care.

Key Responsibilities

- Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Immunisation
- Ear syringing
- Minor Procedures
- Recalls
- ECG's and Spirometry
- Ordering stock and vaccines
- General Practice support

Skills and Experience

- Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential
- Capacity to multi-task, prioritise and good time management
- Must be pro-active with a can do positive attitude
- Qualified presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous
