About the role

Seeking a Solicitor with a broad knowledge and experience in the following areas of law to come and join our busy team, assisting and/or running a variety of simple and complex matters:-

- Family Law (property settlements with BFA & Consent Orders/Divorces)
- Criminal Law (Court matters and running of file)
- Estate Law (assisting with tackling complex issues)
- Property Law (Review and provide advice on Contracts) (Conveyancing) (signing off PEXA)

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the firm and be supported by the Principal and three Paralegals.

A part time role may be negotiated dependent on experience, days would need to be flexible.

The successful applicant will have

- Minimum 2 years PAE




- Strong drafting and communications skills
- The ability to operate autonomously
- A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- An ability to meet billing targets
- Smokeball experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- An attractive salary & incentive package is on offer commensurate with your experience and knowledge
- To be willing to undergo police check (this is a PEXA requirement)
