Job Description
Omnigroup Construction Services Pty Ltd is one of South East Queensland's fastest-growing remedial construction companies. We specialise in commercial concrete remediation, floor preparation, concrete grinding, floor levelling, structural repairs, polishing and epoxy preparation across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

About the Role
You’ll be working on major commercial construction projects completing:
- Concrete patching and remedial repairs
- Floor grinding and surface preparation
- Floor levelling and self-levelling compounds
- Concrete polishing and honing (experience preferred)
- Epoxy floor preparation
- Crack repairs and structural repairs
- Demolition and concrete removal
- Operating grinders, vacuums, mixers and power tools
- Working alongside builders and site supervisors on commercial sites
What We're Looking For
- Experience in remedial concrete, floor preparation or concrete grinding
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence
- Solid work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Highly Regarded
- Floor levelling experience
- Concrete polishing experience
- Epoxy flooring experience
- HR Licence
- EWP, Working at Heights or Confined Space tickets
