The Role

This position combines design, estimating, quoting, and project coordination. You will work closely with our sales, account management, suppliers, and project teams to prepare drawings, quotations, product schedules, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotations, product lists, and sales documentation.
- Create and update AutoCAD and Revit drawings.
- Produce space plans, layouts, and presentation visuals.
- Assist with tenders, presentations, and sample boards.Complete product take-offs from plans and specifications.
- Manage project information in SAP Business One and Salesforce.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors for pricing and information.
- Prepare installation plans and update project drawings as required.




- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with WorkArena processes.

Skills & Experience

- Experience with AutoCAD and preferably Revit BIM360.
- Robust space planning and interior design skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP Business One and Salesforce is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
