PAINTER REQUIRED – ONE-OFF CONTRACT WORK

Location: North Lakes QLD 4509

A painter is required on a contract basis to undertake the internal painting of a small single-storey, two-bedroom residential dwelling.

Contract Value: AUD 2,200 (fixed price)

Scope of Work:

- Internal painting only (no external painting required)
- Preparation of walls and ceilings, including sanding and minor patching where required
- Application of paint to internal walls, ceilings, doors, trims and associated surfaces
- Completion of touch-up works and final clean-up

Required Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated residential painting experience
- Ability to prepare surfaces and apply paint to a skilled standard
- Knowledge of painting tools, materials and safe work practices
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to complete the project independently and within agreed timeframes
