Cordina Chicken Farms is an Australian-owned family business with over 80 years of experience in the poultry industry. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to customers across Australia through innovation, teamwork and operational excellence.

We are currently seeking a Stock Controller to join our Operations team at our Girraween site. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong inventory management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring the efficient control of raw materials, packaging and finished goods to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
- Perform daily stock reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Process stock movements accurately within the ERP/WMS system.
- Coordinate regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Ensure stock rotation procedures (FIFO) are followed.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Planning and Purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.




- Prepare inventory reports and provide accurate stock information.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve inventory control processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller or Warehouse Inventory role.
- Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or warehousing (preferred).
- Robust inventory management and stock reconciliation skills.
- Experience using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift Licence (LF) is advantageous but not essential.
