About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to a loyal and diverse patient base while working alongside experienced clinicians and a dedicated support team. You'll have the autonomy to deliver high-quality, ethical treatment in a collaborative environment where patient care always comes first.

This part-time position offers flexibility and is ideal for a dentist looking to establish themselves within a respected local practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality general dental treatment with a patient-focused approach.
- Diagnose,



treatment plan and perform a wide range of general dental procedures.
- Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and clinical care.
- Educate patients on preventative oral health and long-term treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
- Collaborate with fellow dentists, dental assistants and reception staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, AHPRA standards and professional guidelines.
- Contribute positively to our supportive and collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a dentist who is passionate about providing excellent clinical care and enjoys becoming part of the local community.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner.
- Current professional indemnity insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, empathetic and professional chairside manner.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
- A commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry.
- The ability to work independently.
- A focus on building long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume dentistry.




- High standards of clinical excellence and attention to detail.
- A willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.

Desirable but not essential:

- Experience in private practice.
- Confidence across a broad range of general dental procedures.
- An interest in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry or orthodontics.
