Mental Health Clinician - Mental Health Supports in Residential Aged Care Ryde
This is a full time opportunity, fixed term until 30 June 2027, based in North Sydney area.
The Mental Health Clinician will lead short term, evidence based mental health support for older people in residential aged care facilities. They will complete assessments, formulations and deliver therapy, partnering with the person, families and staff. Care will be coordinated within an integrated hub team, reporting to the Service Manager.

Skills & Experience
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Aboriginal Health Worker, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation (or working towards) with the AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker.
- Has experience experience in undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments and development of intervention plans in collaboration with consumers and their family and carers.
- Has demonstrated skills and experience in providing holistic, evidence-based therapeutic services
