Your Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will give you the opportunity to engage with the market, provide exceptional customer service, and play a pivotal role in our growth. Covering Melbourne and surrounding areas, you’ll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and driving new business through solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of profitable new clients
- Strengthen existing B2B relationships and identify recent opportunities
- Leverage your professional selling skills to exceed targets
- Keep abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with Management on strategic decisions and initiatives
- Foster key relationships across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in new business development and sales
- Experience in the Civil Construction or related industries
- Strong background in account management and building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
- Experience working with Tier 1 Civil Contractors and understanding their compliance needs will be highly regarded
