The Role
You’ll advise a diverse client base ranging from large private companies to government and not-for-profit organisations across:
Employment contracts, policies and workplace investigations
Performance management, disciplinary processes and terminations
Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations
Discrimination, bullying and workplace complaints
Restraint of trade and post-employment disputes
Litigation in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Courts
You’ll work closely with approachable partners who provide regular mentoring while giving you genuine responsibility and direct client exposure.
About You
You will ideally have:
2 - 4 years’ PAE in employment and workplace relations
Strong drafting and technical skills
Confidence managing client relationships
Commercial judgement and a practical approach
A collaborative mindset and desire to keep developing
