About the Role

As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You’ll work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering secure, effective and person‑centred care.

- Shifts available every day – morning, afternoon and night
- Candidates must have broad availability

What You’ll Do

- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
- Deliver care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
- Follow infection control and WHS practices
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
- Contribute to a safe, respectful and resident‑focused environment





What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience working as a Carer in aged care
- Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Vast availability across all shift types (morning, afternoon & night)
- A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care

Mandatory Requirements:

- National Police Check
