HYPAR Group is experiencing exciting growth, and we’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our Finance team.
This newly created position plays an important role in supporting our residential care, NDIS and corporate services by coordinating purchasing activities, supplier relationships and contract administration while ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating purchasing activities across the organisation.
- Raising and processing purchase orders.
- Sourcing goods and services from approved suppliers.
- Obtaining quotations and supporting purchasing decisions.
- Maintaining supplier and contract records.
- Coordinating lease and contract administration.
- Ensuring purchasing activities comply with organisational policies and financial delegations.
- Supporting continuous improvement of purchasing systems and processes.
You’ll work closely with our operational teams and Property & Facilities Coordinator to ensure our services have the resources they need to support children, young people and participants.
About You
You’ll be an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, finance administration or contract administration.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Experience within NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care or community services is advantageous
Compliance Requirements
The following compliance screenings are required to be obtained and maintained to fulfil the role:
- LCS2 (Child Safety Screening) or willing to obtain
- Paid Blue Card or willing to obtain
- Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain
- Open QLD Driver’s Licence
