As our ecommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the continued growth of our portfolio of Shopify ecommerce websites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for ecommerce who enjoys working with products, has exceptional attention to detail and wants to build their career within a growing ecommerce team.

About the Role

Working closely with our Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce teams, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings across our portfolio of Shopify websites, ensuring every product is accurate, engaging and ready to launch on time.

You'll also assist with website merchandising, promotional campaigns and content updates while helping to maintain a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you'll:

Create and maintain product listings across multiple Shopify websites.

Ensure product information is accurate, complete and optimised for search.

Upload product images, videos and supporting digital assets.

Manage product variants, pricing, collections, tags and metafields.

Coordinate new product launches to ensure products go live on schedule.

Merchandise collections and category pages.

Assist with promotional setup and campaign execution.

Update homepage banners,



landing pages and website content.

Support the day-to-day maintenance of our ecommerce websites.

Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure products, pricing and website content remain accurate.

Assist with ecommerce reporting and administration.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure product and promotional information is current and accurate.

About You

You'll be organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced setting where accuracy matters.

Ideally you'll have:

1–2 years' experience in an ecommerce, digital, retail or online merchandising role.

Experience using Shopify or another ecommerce platform.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

It would also be advantageous if you have:

Basic knowledge of SEO.

Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience managing product information or catalogue data.

An interest in jewellery, watches or fashion.
