About the Role
As a Property Management Cadet,
you'll support our Property Management team while learning the foundations of the industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine inspections
- Attending and conducting open homes
- Completing Entry, Routine and Exit Condition Reports
- Assisting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management
- Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
- Learning industry legislation, systems and best practices
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
This role offers a clear pathway into a Property Manager position as you develop your skills and confidence.
