About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients with a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
- Processing Medicare and EFTPOS payments
- General administrative and reception duties
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting our doctors and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care

About You





The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a medical reception role (highly desirable)
- Experience using Best Practice software (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a supportive team
- Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts when required
