Thomas Textiles is seeking a Customer Service & Digital Marketing Officer to deliver outstanding service, process sales and enquiries by phone and email, and act as a liaison between customers, sales, warehouse and the office.

You will support order entry, quotes, website maintenance and email campaigns, while maintaining records and contributing to digital marketing efforts. Prior customer service experience and robust communication are essential.
