About the Role:
As a Store Business Manager, you will be a dynamic and results-focused leader with a genuine passion for premium fashion and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a retail team, cultivate a positive and high-performance culture, and drive measurable results at our Pacific Fair David Jones location. You will set clear expectations, motivate your team, and foster a team-oriented environment. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset,
you are ready to adapt, solve problems, and deliver excellence in every aspect of store operations.
You will be responsible for:
Providing an unparalleled store and styling service that prioritizes customer satisfaction and cultivates returning clientele.
Leading and motivating the team to achieve targeted goals and KPIs.
Managing day-to-day in-store operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and elevate customer service.
Overseeing inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktakes.
Collaborating with the head office to analyze sales performance and strategize for improvement.
