Heidelberg Materials Gladstone Plant is seeking a Casual Agitator Driver/Relief Batcher. You will operate up-to-date agitator trucks, support batching activities, and perform occasional loader work, stock takes, and yard duties.

A comprehensive 10‑day training program is provided to all new starters, with an hourly rate of $40.77 (casual loading included) and overtime opportunities. The role blends driving, batching, and customer interaction to ensure high-quality concrete delivery while maintaining
