Uniting NSW.ACT seeks a dedicated Youth Development Coach for the Permanency Support Program. Based in Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour with travel across the Mid-North Coast, the permanent full time role supports young people aged 15–18.
You’ll empower them to prepare for adulthood and transition from out-of-home care into independence. You will coach up to 10 young people, build authentic relationships, and use Advantaged Thinking to help identify strengths, set goals and craft futures.
