Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in printing? We're looking for a full time Pad Printer to join our experienced team to operate our modern, state-of-the-art equipment. Whether you're a seasoned operator or someone with a solid background in print or manufacturing and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and maintain pad printing machines
- Maintain print quality ensuring compliance with customer specifications
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow

About You:





- Previous experience operating pad printing machines (or similar printing equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Experience with different substrates (plastics, metals, etc.)
- Familiarity with colour matching and ink mixing
